Returns

Once orders are placed, they can be amended or cancelled within 2 hours by sending an email to help@beaniesflavourco.com. Once the order has been dispatched we can’t cancel it unfortunately.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as all your coffee is sealed in its original packaging. Items are returned at the customer’s expense.

Keep proof of your postage in case your order gets lost, so that we can still process your refund. If you return your order back to us unsealed or otherwise outside of the return policy, we may not be able to refund you.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned back to us here at our HQ. If you haven’t heard from us after then, get in touch and have your order number to hand – we’re here to help.

We’ll refund the money from all returns to the payment method used to place the order.
